Nikole Squires is CEO, president, and co-founder of Intuitive Movement. She created the company with her husband Devin, inspired by her own experiences developing, recovering, and healing from an eating disorder. She helps clients heal their relationship with body, food, and movement.

Nikole works directly with clients, therapists, dietitians, and schools providing recovery-based, weight-inclusive, non-diet health & wellness coaching, Health At Every Size®, Intuitive Eating, and Intuitive Movement-based education, and athletic training services.

Nikole is currently in Northern Arizona University's PhD program in Interdisciplinary Health with emphases in Psychosocial Health and Health Equity. Nikole graduated from the University of Utah in spring 2022 with a master's degree in Health Education Specialization and Wellness Coaching. In spring 2018, she graduated with her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Brigham Young University. She is a NATA-BOC certified and licensed athletic trainer; a NCHEC-certified health education specialist; and a NBHWC-certified health & wellness coach. She is also a certified intuitive eating counselor through Evelyn Tribole & Elyse Resch's renowned course.

Nikole enjoys a variety of activities including hiking, practicing yoga, going for long walks, playing sudoku, coloring, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dog, Rey.
